How does the site work?

  • Browse the site to find your desired product. Add them to your shopping cart and click place order, write name , contact number and delivery address, choose your convenient payment option e.g cash or card.  A Groceryeco representative will then deliver your order right to your address.

How much do deliveries cost?

We charge a fixed fee of $ 10 for delivery across montreal / greater montreal area under 100 dollar order. Order $ 100 & above are free delivery.

What is the minimum order value?

There is no minimum order value, you can order any amount.

How long do the deliveries take?

We are serving with same day delivery service for Montreal / Greater Montreal Area. The order placed by 2 pm montreal local time will be delivered within the same day. Any order placed after 2 pm montreal local time will be delivered on next day.

What are your delivery hours?

We deliver from 5 pm to 10 pm every day.

How do I know when my order is here?

A Groceryeco representative will call you as soon as they are at your address to let you know about your delivery.

How do I pay?

We accept cash on delivery and we also have online visa / master debit / credit card payment options. For cash on delivery you must need to keep exact change.

Do you serve my area?

We are currently serving Montreal / Greater montreal area. However in delivery address options all city / borough names are mentioned. If you don’t see your city name but would like to order, please send an email to us at [email protected]

I can’t find the product I am looking for. What do I do?

We always welcome new suggestions. We will add an item to our inventory just for you. You can mail at [email protected] to add an item to our inventory.

 My order is wrong. What do I do?

Please Immediately send us email to [email protected] and let us know the problem.

What if the item is out of stock?

We hold large inventory , so we hardly run out of stock. However, we will try our best to source what you need. If we cannot find it, we will call you and let you know what substitutes are available.

What about the prices?

We try our best to offer you at or below market prices. Our sourcing team putting continuous effort to achieve the best price for you always. If you feel any product is priced unfairly, please let us know.

How do you deliver?

We use our own vehicle to deliver. Our goal is to deliver the products to you within the same day.

What is your discounting policy?

We try to provide the best deals in Montreal and many of our products are already discounted below the maximum retail price (MRP). We also offer discount codes under special circumstances, which are applied on the MRP. On any given product, we can only apply one type of discount. We always consider the best discount available to the customer.

Can I order over the phone?

Unfortunately NO. We encourage you to place the order through the site as its more easier for you cause you can see multiple options for your desired product.

We are committed to ensure the quality on all supplied items. groceryeco is not selling any self manufacturing products, despite the fact that we are looking into the quality. We never challenge for quality guaranty for any products at our own responsibility. We have trust to the manufacturer/traders/ vendor that they always assure the quality on their entire manufacturing/ supplied product.

How are you sourcing your products?

We have deals with whole-sellers, manufacturers and importers. We only sell authentic products.

Should I tip the delivery representative?

Tips are not required. But our delivery team members appreciate recognition for their hard work. Delivery representatives keep the entire tip amount.
